The following policies help us manage your appointments, account and records efficiently.
Call us at 210-228-0705 to schedule an appointment. We will do our best to get you in as soon as possible.
If you have to miss an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance. This is a courtesy to other patients who are on “stand-by” for the next available appointment. If you do not notify us that you cannot come to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you for the missed appointment.
After hours and emergencies
If you call after hours, our answering service will take a message and transfer it to the physician on call, who will return your call as soon as possible. Please respect the on-call physician’s time: if your need is not urgent, please make your call during regular office hours: Mon – Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm
If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room or urgent care clinic.
We appreciate payment at the time of service for co-pays, deductibles and services that are not covered by your insurance. We are happy to accept cash, check or major credit cards.
Your records are confidential and will not be released without your written consent, except in the case of a life-threatening emergency or as required by law and/or public health regulations.
